Dr. Heidari founded Ample Urgent & Primary Care in 2022 with a clear vision: comprehensive, unhurried care under one roof. With training across urgent care and primary medicine, Dr. Heidari sees patients across the full spectrum - from a child's school physical to managing an adult's diabetes and hypertension.

Ongoing management of diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, thyroid conditions, and other chronic conditions - with regular follow-ups and lab monitoring.
Medical Marijuana Certification
Connecticut medical marijuana certifications for qualifying conditions. Dr. Heidari evaluates and certifies patients who may benefit from cannabis therapy under CT state guidelines.
Migraine Management
Evaluation, preventive therapy, and acute treatment plans for chronic and episodic migraines - including Botox injections for migraine prevention in qualifying patients.
Pediatric & Adolescent Care
